My practice does not seek to replicate landscapes or visible subjects. Rather, it focuses on sensing and expressing the energies of life and death, emergence and dissolution, inherent within them. Painting, for me, is not simply an act of depiction but an act of living — a painterly practice shaped by repetition, chance, waiting, collision, and the rhythm of becoming and vanishing. In this way, my painting draws, thinks, and exists — painterly.
