Tungshuo Wang loves sleeping. Because of working from home, I often find myself falling asleep without even realizing it.
I sleep when I'm anxious, when I'm depressed, after a meal, when I can't draw, when I'm waiting for something to finish, and even when I'm procrastinating to escape reality. The most wonderful thing about sleeping during the day is waking up at dusk; for a moment, I lose control of time, feeling like I'm floating in a vacuum, slowly descending back to reality. One evening last year, I woke up in the afternoon sun and carefully observed the scene before I opened my eyes. I found it very interesting, and since then, every time before I open my eyes, I spend a little more time remembering what I see, and then I draw it after I wake up.
