Between the wooden panel and the granules of mineral pigments, I seek the traces where life and nature overlap. To me, creating is not a one-way act of depiction, but a process of gradually finding my way into a deeper connection. By working with natural earth and mineral pigments, I allow the colors to carry the warmth and texture of the land, as though every line and brushstroke were breathing up from the soil itself.
This series of works grows out of countless quiet observations of the world. Here, boundaries become blurred: animals are not merely independent beings, and plants are not simply a static backdrop. Instead, all living things embrace and intertwine with one another through the passage of time. Through these paintings, I hope to invite viewers into a space that is both tranquil and vibrant. There, time drifts gently across the fields, leaving behind fleeting traces of light and color. We are not merely passing through nature; together with blooming and fading flowers, and the breath of animals, we become a warm part of this everlasting celebration of continuous transformation and the endless cycle of life.
