The artist has pursued a significant shift in practice from the 10th to the 15th solo exhibitions, centered
on the concept of “Rhizome field.” Expanding on Deleuze’s notion of the rhizome, the artist reinterprets it as a “field,” visualizing a fluid, non-hierarchical worldview and a nomadic way of thinking. Using coil mats and acrylic dripping techniques, the works construct directionless, boundary-free linear structures. Through repetition and layering, the artist creates multi-layered images that emphasize difference, repetition, and becoming. In the new series , paintings and large-scale roll canvas installations expand this concept into an immersive spatial experience.
