In 2015, Coffee Stopover began its journey. We are dedicated to the spirit of specialty coffee, aiming not to convey the idea of expensive or specific coffees, but rather to treat the process from green coffee bean to a cup of coffee with utmost care.
The brand name ""Stopover"" signifies a temporary pause, much like a transit point during air travel. You might discover something new during this brief stop, or simply rest, before continuing to your next destination. We hope Coffee Stopover serves as a place where customers can freely enjoy coffee and do as they please, picking up a bit of coffee-related fun with each visit.
From light roasts to dark roasts, single origins to blends, we offer a highly customizable menu. Customers can select their preferred roast level, extraction method, and brew strength based on their taste, exploring a rich variety of coffee flavors. Through free exploration and experience, everyone can find their perfect coffee here, enjoy it with ease and comfort, and share their tasting notes and experiences.

Starting June 26, 2026, Mediasphere will present「ALPHONSE MUCHA THE ARTIST AS VISIONARY」at the MOMA Tainan. The exhibition invites audiences into the poetic world of Art Nouveau master Alphonse Mucha, where graceful women, flowing lines, and nature-inspired motifs come together in a timeless celebration of beauty and elegance.
