*Free admission for Children aged 6 and under, the registered disabled and one essential companion during the public days (3/13-15).

Visitor Information

Please take note of the following information to ensure an optimal visiting experience:

 

Public Days

March 13 (Fri): 12:00 – 19:00

March 14 (Sat): 12:00 – 19:00

March 15 (Sun): 12:00 – 18:00 (Last entry at 17:00)

 

Exhibition Rules & Regulations

  • Please present your ticket at the ticketing counter upon arrival. Each ticket is valid for one person for a single-day admission.
  • Online tickets do not need to be exchanged and can be used for direct entry during the exhibition period.
  • The venue is strictly non-smoking. Pets and touching any of the artworks are strictly prohibited.
  • Children under the age of 6 may enter for free during Public Days.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Photography is permitted, but the use of flash and infrared is strictly prohibited.
  • Media and official staff will be filming and taking photos during the event. By attending, visitors consent to the use of their likeness for non-commercial purposes by the organizer.
  • To ensure a smooth experience for all visitors, please refrain from displaying banners or taking group photos that may obstruct the aisles.
  • Use of the ticket constitutes agreement to and compliance with all safety regulations of the exhibition.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds for this event are processed via the ACCUPASS platform in accordance with their standard refund regulations.

Requests made 8 days or more before the event starts:

Refund applications must be submitted at least 8 days prior to the start date of the event ticket’s validity.

The final deadline for ACCUPASS system applications is March 6, 2026, at 23:59.

Requests made within 8 days of the event:

For refund requests submitted within 8 days of the start date (starting from March 7, 2026, at 00:00), please fill out the organizer’s designated refund application form.

Applications must be completed by March 15, 2026, at 18:00. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Important Note:

Refunds are processed in accordance with the "Standard Form Contract for Arts and Cultural Exhibition Tickets" regulated by the Ministry of Culture. ACCUPASS will charge a 10% administrative fee based on the ticket price for all processed refunds.
